Today was mostly spent driving. We were getting drawn in by the fabulous scenery and food around Roscoff, but the weather forecast swung the vote to head south. We have plans to head to Lagrasse to visit friends. However, we decided to stop-off midway at La Rochelle to revisit some old haunts from when we bought our catamaran here in 2008.
We arrived in the Aire in Port Neuf with impeccable timing, literally moments before the England v Argentina game kicked off. However, after watching our sad defeat, we agreed we may have been better with a more leisurely journey instead 😢.
